Made from multiple layers of lacquer, and finished with gold leaf, these are about the most luxury bowls on the planet. Ideal for a collection of tealights, Quality Street, or for trinkets, they are handmade in Burma in a family workshop, and each piece takes about a month to make. 

NB. You may be surprised how lightweight these are. Neither bamboo, lacquer nor gold leaf are very heavy! Light as a feather, but very special.
