Once you're set up, you'll have access to our trade discounts and be allocated a direct point of contact who will always be on hand to help.
Do you offer Trade Discounts?
Yes. These are tiered based on spend, starting from 10%.
What are your MOQs?
We do not have MOQs, but we do have a minimum order value of £1000 for bespoke projects.
What are your Lead Times?
Lead times will vary depending on the project.
If we have the items in stock, we can dispatch them straight away and they should be with you within 2 working days.
If we are out of stock, they will likely be restocked in our next shipment – we ship every three months from Burma, so it will depend where we are in our shipping cycle.
If we are making to order, this may take anything from 16 to 24 weeks.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes we can. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss the options with you.
Please note that most orders will ship to you from the UK. Large orders can ship direct from Burma if this seems the most sensible option.
How do I place an order?
Once we've approved your account and got you set up, you will be able to check out directly on our website. Your discounted prices will be displayed to you online. Or if you prefer, just send us an email to email@example.com and we can arrange your order for you.
If you need something which is out of stock, or are interested in a bespoke project, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details. We will ask for a 50% deposit, and invoice you for the remaining 50% when the items are ready to dispatch to you.
Final payment is due upon shipment from our warehouse. This helps us keep a lean team and continue to serve artisans efficiently.
Do you have a trade catalogue?
Yes we do! Once you have submitted the form above, this will be emailed to you automatically. We can also send you a hard-copy if you prefer.
Can you make bespoke items?
Yes! Because we're totally direct to our makers, we can work very closely with them and you to bring your design to life. Just email us at email@example.com with details of what you need and we will let you know about the next steps.
