These have been a surprise bestseller for us! Turns out everyone wants a shoehorn. We've learnt that you need one by the front door, one by the back door, one by your bed, another by the sofa. Or just to hang on a hook by the door because it looks good. They make great presents, and you don't have to be eligible for a bus pass to use a shoe horn, especially one this stylish. Handmade from Burmese hardwood, with an extra long handle, you'll never bend down to yank your boots on again. Personally, we just like to hold it and marvel at its perfection.

I ordered the Orwell shoe horn because I needed a long handled shoe horn and I wanted something that was planet friendly. In the picture, it looked like a nice thing and from an ethical company so I was prepared to pay a little more for it. I was not prepared for how incredibly beautiful this thing is! It is made from a most wonderful piece of wood and so highly polished - it is a work of art. Pretty good as a shoe horn too - the handle is plenty long enough for a tall person like myself to not have to bend down. Awesome! Thank you Kalinko!
