The making of our Rangoon Chair
Meet the Makers
An average family in Burma is made up of four people. 38% are farming families and live off less than $300 a month.
However, adequate nutrition, healthcare and education for four costs around $750. Our mission is to close this gap through consistent orders.

Rattan Chair
I purchased the chair on a whim. I saw it and fell in love with it. When It arrived I was not disappointed. The fact it is from Burma and the history of the people really makes it special and it is just an amazing piece of furniture when in these times so many things are cheap and throw away, this is certainly not and is truly something to treasure.
A little piece of heaven
Two of these beauties arrived this week after a long wait (out of everyone’s control) and let me tell you I was ecstatic- they are everything I dreamed off. I am transported to another land when I look at them and sit in them. These are special, and if you are contemplating a purchase, make it, you will not be sad I promise.
