The theda luggage rack is just perfect - it’s very practical but also beautiful, the quality of wood and leather look amazing. I had asked for a gift packaging and the item came hand wrapped with a beautiful card. I also remember sending an email to the customer service team as my welcome discount didn’t applied and immediately got a reply saying my bank account will be credited within few days - which actually happened!
