This is a really lovely cushion, very well made and worth the price. However I was disappointed that the geometric pattern wasn’t as pictured. I was hoping for the bolder print navy cushion as shown on the website but received the narrower lined design as shown in the light blue colour-way which I feel changes the overall look I was hoping for. Disappointed there was no response from customer services.

Oh no - we're so sorry that you're disappointed! And horrified that you didn't get a response from customer services. We can't see an email from you in our customer service inbox - can you remember how you got in touch with us? Either way, we'll send you an email now and try and resolve this for you. In terms of the pattern, they do vary slightly from batch to batch, depending on which weaver makes the fabric. But we can definitely check our stock for a larger pattern and do a swap for you.

The geometric design with a traditional feel appeals to me. The cushions have a feel of good quality. My only criticism is small, in that the photos make them appear darker.

Thanks Anthony - that's really useful feedback. Everybody's computer's render images slightly differently, so we're constantly tweaking to try and get it as accurate as possible.
