Nice mats but….
We received the mats quickly and they were well wrapped but to be honest I think they are overpriced - the quality is ok but £130 is an awful lot for 8 mats.

Hi Anne - thank you so much for your feedback on these. Yes, they are expensive. They are really time-consuming to make - they take a whole day to weave just one. We insist on paying our weavers fairly, but feel we cannot charge customers more than we do, so it is one of our lowest margin products. The quality is amazing though, so we have kept them on regardless. We are about to introduce a slightly different placemat which is quicker to weave and therefore less expensive to give customers a choice. Thanks so much for this info though - extremely useful.
