Finish

The Offering Vase was inspired by a few things: the brass vases often seen at Buddhist pagodas across Burma, filled with flowers to adorn the shrines. But also some more abstract places. Read about those here.

Its hammered surface catches the light beautifully, just as the evening sun reflects off the golden pagodas at golden hour. It feels ancient, but its simple shape makes it equally at home in a contemporary room.

Handmade from brass by our coppersmiths in central Burma. Fill it with flowers, branches, or leave it empty to show off the beautiful hammered surface.

Handmade decorative brass bowl with antiqued hammered brass finish.

    Meet the Makers

An average family in Burma is made up of four people. 38% are farming families and live off less than $300 a month.

However, adequate nutrition, healthcare and education for four costs around $750. Our mission is to close this gap through consistent orders.
