Standard Orders will be delivered by Evri. These should reach you within seven Business Days if ordered before 12pm. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you with instructions about what to do next. Please look out for this.
Express and Large Orders will be delivered by DPD. These should reach you within one to two Business Days if ordered before 12pm. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you with instructions about what to do next. Please look out for this.
Please order early to give plenty of time for your order to arrive!
Delivery times are estimates only and items can take up to 10 working days to arrive from the date of dispatch. We have no control over the couriers once the orders have left our warehouse. If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, email us on hello@kalinko.com so we can help resolve any issues.

EUROPE
Shipping costs to the EU now include taxes for orders under 150 Euros. You will not pay any additional customs or administrative fees to receive your order and will be charged a flat rate to receive your item.

Standard delivery will be with DHL and will take 4-8 Business Days.

Customs
EU Orders:
As of the 10th October 2022 you will no longer receive any VAT bills or customs delays on orders under 150 Euros. All taxes for these orders will be included in your shipping cost.
Rest of the World:

Your quote will mean you can see how much you need to pay in advance, no surprises bills upon delivery! These amounts are not controlled by Kalinko and are calculated based on your location.

Returns
We hope you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not and would like a refund or exchange, please return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition. Please take care to wrap it carefully so that it is not damaged in transit. We will not be able to process refunds for returns which have been damaged. Please see below for full terms and conditions.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email (hello@kalinko.com) and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.
INCOMPLETE ORDERS
Please contact us by email (hello@kalinko.com) within 48 hours of receipt if your order is incomplete.
Terms and Conditions for returns:
- Products returned to us must be in a resaleable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- With the exception of faulty goods Kalinko are not responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We always advise that you obtain a certificate of postage.
- Please allow us up to 5 working days from receipt for your return to be processed.

On the bottom of your delivery note you will find a returns slip. Please fill this out and enclose it in the box or package you are returning. Once this is complete you may then take the box to the post office and pay the required returns amount. We kindly request that you ensure that any returned products are well protected and packed for posting, and we always advise obtaining proof of postage.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
With the exception of faulty goods international customers are responsible for returning products to us, including associated costs. We always advise that you obtain a certificate of postage.
