Wonky Rangoon Chair
£ 500.00 £ 575.00
This Rangoon chair has a couple of tiny blemishes in the finish. These are where the original reclaimed wood has been filled in with wood filler. One is at the front of the seat, so is a bit distracting, but it would dull with some dark polish and after a while you'll forget it's there.
This item is non-refundable
This cane chair is made from reclaimed teak from the old dismantled wooden buildings of Yangon. It is wonderful as an occasional chair, and knockout as a pair. Based on a classic Burmese chair, it is solid, beautiful and sustainable. The old nail holes and cracks in the wood have been smoothed and filled, giving each chair its own unique character. Made in Yangon by our friend Lin Tin, this really is a very special chair which took three years from concept to completion. We're very, very proud of it and can't wait for you to love it.
