Wonky Pathein Umbrella

This beautiful umbrella has a few paint smudges and needs a bit of a clean. The material capping the top is also flaking in areas. It will be a slightly fiddly job, but the dirt and dust is superficial and should come off easily with a damp cloth. We think the material on the top could also be sealed or touched up to prevent further flaking.
