This was a great success with a 5 year old girl and her Grandmother sats it is beautifully. Sadly I have yet to see it.
Oh we're so pleased!! Thank you so much for letting us know. x
So beautiful and nicely made. Thank you!
We're so happy you love it! Thanks so much for sharing.
Thank you so much for that perfect bean bag even lovelier than expected. As soon as my one year old saw it she laughed and loved it and threw herself on it, it is so much fun ! It makes her so happy and is just perfect for her room. And the fabric and the embroidery are gorgeous. I think her seven year old brother would love to have one for himself, and also yes, it would be a great idea to make a larger one ! And thank you for your newsletter and your thorough insight of the situation in Burma now, which I have read with great interest. Have a nice day Sarah
Sarah this is SUCH lovely feedback, thank you! We love the picture of your daughter having fun with it. We hope it provides years of joy!
Beautiful material and illustration & the quality of the bean bag was as brilliant as I expected
Hooray!! We love this product so much, and are thrilled that you do too. Thanks so much for sharing!
I received our Naga kids bean bag last week. I love the beautiful embroidery, colours and images. I just wish it was a bit bigger/squishier. I was hoping for both my 4 and 7 year old to get good use out of it and for me to sit in it with my younger on my lap to read books, however it is just not big enough to get fully used in that way. We've had other bean bags in the past which were not as beautiful to look at but more comfortable. This one does feel a bit "stiff"..not enough sinking in/molding to the body. But it is beautiful! I would only recommend this for quite young children (toddler - 3, maybe 4) and possibly taking out some of the filling so it is more comfy.
This is such helpful feedback - thank you so much for sharing! We're a bit restricted on the size as the fabric is woven on an old-fashioned loom like the one below, so we can only weave as wide as the loom, which is just over a metre. The other way would be to sew two together, but then you'd disrupt the pattern which would be a shame. But useful to hear that you'd like it bigger - we'll put our heads together with our seamstress to work out if it could work! And with regards to being squishier, as you suggest, taking out some of the beans sorts that out. The warehouse girls had such a funny day filling hundreds of beanbags with beans just before Christmas, and perhaps yours got an extra scoop or two!
