We thought we'd let the pictures do the talking for once.
If you missed it in the news, there was a military coup in Burma on 1st February. The country has now been protesting for 24 days, and all services, shops, banks and offices remain shut. Protesting has been largely peaceful, but some isolated violence shows alarming potential. The country's future is hanging in the balance. We've written about it here and here and posted about it here. But for now, here's a collection of images which tell the story better than we can.
